Inner Sustainability Practice - Play with the Forest

On Saturday morning, April 13, it is time again for some Inner Sustainability explorations! The Inner Sustainability team will take you to the forest at the edge of Wageningen for an embodied workshop in which you will experience nature connection through various games and exercises.

The workshop will end with a wonderful ‘Deep Time’ exercise from Joanna Macy’s “Work that Reconnects”, allowing you to get in sync with the rhythms of nature and extending your awareness to future generations.

The workshop starts at 10:00 and ends around 13:00. We gather at the forest-entrance of Ecovillage Ppauw (Scheidingslaan, 1). We will bring some tea and cookies with us to the forest. Bring your notebook and pen, and if the weather is not on our side, an extra warm layer of clothes.
